Practice mindfulness for 10 minutes (this could be as simple as focusing on your breathing, taking a break to truly study your surroundings, or writing a gratitude list)
Reconnect with others – ditch the lunch al-desko, put away your phone, and spend time with talking with your coworkers over lunch
Move your body – stretch, take a walk, dance! Bonus good vibes if you can do it outside.
