At Ausconnex, we are deeply committed to fostering meaningful relationships with First Nations communities and supporting First Nations enterprises. This NAIDOC Week, we proudly reflect on our ongoing efforts to promote reconciliation.
🔥 Collaboration on projects exemplifies our commitment
By involving First Nations subcontractors, in many disciplines including crane hire, civil works and traffic control, we enhance our project outcomes and contribute to the economic empowerment of First Nations communities. Raymond Toomey, from Daen Connect (pictured on site with our Site Supervisor Benjamin Vitucci), and his team have been instrumental in our success, supporting Ausconnex as an accredited ASP1 and ASP2 contractor.
🔥 We preserve Aboriginal Heritage
Across various projects our team ensures the identification, protection and preservation of Aboriginal Heritage.
🔥 We support programs that create career pathways
We partner with TAFE NSW to sponsor the EmPower Electrical Apprenticeship Readiness program for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
As we celebrate NAIDOC Week, we remain dedicated to reconciliation and the positive impact our partnerships with First Nations communities have on our projects and beyond.
Together, we will Keep the Fire Burning! Blak, Loud and Proud.
