We are thrilled to announce the appointment of Matthew Porteous as the new Head of Ausconnex, recognising his continuous dedication to the company.Ausconnex is part of the Endeavour Energy Group.

Matt initially joined Ausconnex in 2018 as a Project Manager and later took on the role of Network Services Manager. In May 2022, Matt assumed the position of Acting Head of Ausconnex, showcasing his ability to drive growth and foster engagement within his team and across the entire Ausconnex business.

Matt’s unwavering commitment to customer service and his collaborative approach in finding innovative, future-focused solutions have been instrumental in the company’s success. He expressed his vision for Ausconnex, stating “We are on a steep trajectory at Ausconnex – it’s all about delivering on the needs of our customers and cementing ourselves as trusted partners. I know these words are thrown around a lot, but at Ausconnex we strive to deliver our promises to customers.”

Being a family man, Matt accessed our parental leave benefits last year, dedicating three months over the summer to be with his young family Stevie, George, and his wife Jess. Now, in 2024, he’s eager to make significant strides in his role.
