At Ausconnex, safety isn’t just a priority; it’s ingrained in our culture. We understand the importance of regular training and safety days to equip and educate our staff, ensuring they are fully prepared and aware of potential risks.
Sunday was World Day for Safety and Health at Work, a day for us to reaffirm and prioritise our commitment to ensuring a safe workplace for all our teams.
We live and breathe safety, every day of the year:
1. Regular safety training sessions to keep our employees informed about best practices and procedures.
2. Risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential hazards in the workplace.
3. Providing resources and support for maintaining both physical and mental well-being.
4. Encouraging open communication, where staff can voice concerns and contribute to creating a safer environment for everyone.
5. Upholding our AS-NZS ISO 45001 certification in Occupational Health and Safety Management through regular internal and external audits and daily, conscientious practices by our entire team.
Together, through continuous education and proactive measures, we strive to make Ausconnex a model for workplace safety.
Thank you to our dedicated staff for their unwavering commitment to learning and maintaining a safe environment.
